One of our favorite amigas is back on the show! This week we talk to Jacqui Saldaña of Baby Boy Bakery. She’s one of the OG mama bloggers and has been creating content for family for years. This week we talk to Jacqui about the inspiration behind her newest content and recent website relaunch. We also talk about the ups & downs of quarantine life, how this year has changed her as a mom, and how much we all miss Disneyland! 😩Chatting with Jacqui is always such a good time - she’s real, honest, and hilarious! Pick or Tip of the Week
Bricia is loving two protein powders right now. It’s so easy for her to add them to morning smoothies when she needs a quick breakfast.
Ora Organic - There are a few different flavors but she loves vanilla.
Four Sigmatic - This plant based protein gives Bricia so much energy, which is helpful because she’s detoxing from caffeine this month.
Paulina’s pick is also health related. She recently read an article about gut health and was inspired to do some more research for her nine year old, Krista, who is lactose intolerant. These Garden of Life probiotics for kids have helped her so much! Her skin condition and overall gut health have really improved. It reminded of an older episode we did about poop - yes, poop and the mind/gut connection. Maybe it’s time for a refresher episode on gut health too!.
