We also touch on the progress of the GoFundMe campaign that is benefiting Red Mexicana De Organizaciones Y Lideres Migrantes in helping Guatemalan Mayan interpreters travel to help the children and their families who were separated at the border get the proper interpretation services they deserve. Pick or Tip of the Week
Bricia's tip is to opt for foods that you want your child to eat, rather than foods that they want to eat. Read her latest blog post where she explains meal planning and her favorite recipes, here: bricia's meal planning tips
Paulina's tip is to find a physical activity everyone in the family can enjoy together. Her family's is dancing, what's yours?
Arthur's tip is to understand the power we all have within to help ourselves accomplish our #goals. We all can do it! Also, if you're shopping for gym equipment, rather than the traditional weights, invest in comfortable shoes, a yoga mat and the right coach for you. Gym equipment isn't always necessary because your body can act as the best resistance training.
