Episode 327: the lessons i learned when i got out of my own way

Just like the way every one of our shows begin, this week we are happy to welcome an ultimate super mama to the show: Ana Flores, founder of We All Grow Latina. We can’t say enough good things about this mujer! Yes, she runs one of the coolest events in our community, but she’s also a mama to a recent high schooler and is currently working on coparenting her daughter and her business. Like many of us, she also had to learn to let go & pivot in the wake of the pandemic, and she’s sharing how she learned to let go and find joy again.

More about Ana: A community builder and soul-centered entrepreneur, Ana Flores is living her passion as the founder and CEO of #WeAllGrow Latina, the first network of Latina digital influencers and creators founded in 2010 with a mission to elevate the voices and stories of Latinas through the power of community. The company’s annual #WeAllGrow Summit was named by Forbes.com as one of “19 Conferences Every Creative Should Attend in 2018” and again on the 2019 list.
Born in Houston, Texas, raised in El Salvador and a graduate of the University of Florida, Ana is now settled in Los Angeles, where she lives with her daughter.

Episode 325:Are we good moms or bad moms for the choices we make? A real conversation with Erica and Milah from Good Moms Bad Choices

Are we good moms or bad moms for the choice we make? This week’s guests are Erica and Milah, co-hosts of Good Moms, Bad Choices podcast, and they let us know that we’re not alone in feeling this way. They’re sharing the good choices they made that helped create their friendship and their podcast, and the “bad” choices that come with parenting, like mom guilt, being a single parent and actively choosing not to have more kids. These two mamas are honest and transparent about their parenting journey, and it’s the refreshing outlook we needed to remember that we are always good moms, no matter the choices we make.

More about Good Moms Bad Choices; If Oprah and Howard Stern had a baby it would be Good Moms Bad Choices.
