Manifesting Your Vision Into Action

We’re still riding the high from this year’s Vision Board Posada party. After years of hosting the posada at other venues, we finally decided to have it at our restaurant, Guelaguetza. We always intended the first posada to be held here, but for one reason or another it didn’t happen until now. With the release of our OAXACA cookbook earlier this year, it finally felt like the right time. Guelaguetza is our home and a huge part of who we are, and we wanted to share that with you sisters.

This year’s theme was manifesting your vision into action (get it? Like 20/20 vision 👀). We wanted our guests to walk into the restaurant and feel the closeness we feel on a daily basis, working with our family and those who have become family. We encouraged everyone to step out of their comfort zone, envision their goals for the new year, and make sh*t happen. Attendees enjoyed drinks sponsored by Jack Daniels, desserts from Sugar Crush Sweets, a meditation from Rocio Navarro, and a custom holiday flower arrangement from Madre Florals, plus took pictures all night long with Never Cloudy Events (see all the photobooth pics here). All of our guests also left with swag from Brujita Skincare, Gourmeletas, Happy Organics Co., I Love Micheladas, Jack Daniels, Momtreprenuer Planner, and Rizo’s Curls.
