What’s the best way to get there?
LA Plaza sits within convenient walking distance to Union Station and a variety of public transportation options. Take the Metro Red, Purple, Gold or Silver Line to Union Station. LA Plaza is only a 10 minute walk away. Plan your trip using the Trip Planner below or cal 323.GO.Metro (323.466.3876).

Driving Directions: La Plaza is located right next to the 101 Freeway, across from the Pico House which is at the southern end of Olvera Street in the El Pueblo district.
WHAT’S THE DEAL WITH PARKING?
We HIGHLY encourage ride-sharing with apps such as Lyft. Parking is very limited but you can still find parking in the surrounding area. El Pueblo Parking is right next door with a flat rate fee of $9. Be sure to bring cash with you for any parking! Main Street parking is strictly prohibited.
SHOULD I BRING MY WATER BOTTLE?
Yes! We will have a water-filling station so you’ll always be hydrated.
CAN I BRING MY STROLLER?
Yes, of course!
IS OUTSIDE FOOD WELCOMED?
Yes! You can definitely bring in outside food. Just a heads up, we will be providing lunch for everyone (even the kids!)
I WANT TO VOLUNTEER! HOW CAN I APPLY??
We would LOVE to have you! We will be announcing volunteer sign-ups by the Mid-February. Keep a look out on IG! Turn on your post notifications + check our stories regularly.
SHOULD I BRING CASH WITH ME?
Be sure to bring enough cash for parking and to buy any goodies inside. The majority of our vendors will be accepting credit cards, but it's best to be on the safe side and bring $$.
CAN WE BUY TICKETS AT THE DOOR?
No, we will not be selling any tickets at the door. Be sure to get yours before they sell out!
DO I NEED TO PRINT OUT MY TICKET?
No need, have them readily available on your phone!
I WON’T BE ABLE TO ATTEND ANYMORE, CAN I STILL GET A REFUND?
Oh no! We hope to see you at our SM Social 20 next year!
We will provide a 50% return fee up until March 8, 2019. After March 8, 2019 there are absolutely no refunds.
HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?
I want to upgrade my ticket, what can i do??
Please follow these steps:
Purchase your new ticket
Request a refund on your original ticket via Eventbrite (be sure to do this before March 8th!)
If you encounter any issues, please email Kristene@supermamas.com
How can i transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket but it must be done no later than April 1st, 2019.
It is your responsibility to find a person to sell and transfer your ticket to, complete the sales transaction and then contact us at Kristene@supermamas.com with the transferee’s information and email to complete the transfer.
I DIDN’T GET A SWAG TICKET, WILL THERE BE SUPER MAMÁS SWAG FOR SALE?
Yes, visit our store in the Pop-Up Alley!
My hubby can’t go anymore, can I bring someone else?
Yes, you can! You must transfer the ticket no later than April 1st, 2019.
Send over the transferee’s name to Kristene@supermamas.com to complete the transfer.
