Hi Ladies! You’ve asked and we’ve got answers for you! Here are a few frequently asked questions: 

 

When, where and what time is the SM Social 18?

Saturday, May 12th from 1-6PM at LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes501 North Main Street Los Angeles, CA 90012

What’s the deal with parking? 

We HIGHLY encourage ride-sharing with apps such as Lyft. Parking is very limited but you can still find parking in the surrounding area. El Pueblo Parking is right next door with a flat rate fee of $9. Be sure to bring cash with you for any parking! Main Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Should I bring my water bottle?

Yes! We will have a water-filling station so you’ll always be hydrated. 

Can I bring my stroller? 

Yes! You may leave them at Ergo’s stroller valet for your convenience. Also, don’t forget to snag an Omni 360 carrier for the day. 

Is outside food welcomed?

Yes! You can definitely bring in outside food. Just a heads up, we will be providing lunch for everyone (even the kids!)

Should I bring cash with me? 

Be sure to bring enough cash for parking and to buy any goodies inside. The majority of our vendors will be accepting credit cards, but it's best to be on the safe side and bring $$.

Can we buy tickets at the door?

No, we will not be selling any tickets at the door. Be sure to get yours before they sell out!

Do I need to print out my ticket? 

We would HIGHLY recommend printing out your tickets and/or having them readily available on your phone 

I won’t be able to attend anymore, can I still get a refund?

Oh no! We hope to see you at our SM Social 19 next year! The last day to refund your Super Mama swag ticket was Friday, April 27th. If you would like to transfer the ticket to someone else, please email liz@supermamas.com by Saturday, May 5th

The last day to refund or do a ticket transfer for both Super Mama Sister and Super Papa ticket is on Saturday, May 5th. You can request a refund directly on eventbrite.com. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email liz@supermamas.com.

We will no longer accept any refunds after Saturday, May 5th.

I didn’t get a swag ticket, will there be Super Mamás swag for sale? 

Yes, but the swag ticket merchandise was one of a kind. We will have different options available for purchase in our Pop-Up Alley. 

I bought a Super Mamás Sister swag ticket but I would LOVE to upgrade to the Super Mama & Baby swag ticket, what can I do?

If you originally bought a sister swag ticket and want to upgrade, please follow these steps: 

  1. Purchase the new Super Mama & Baby swag ticket
  2. Then request a refund on your sister swag ticket via Eventbrite

If you encounter any issues, please email liz@supermamas.com

I bought a Super Mamás Sister GA ticket but I would LOVE to upgrade to the Super Mama & Baby swag ticket, what can I do?

  2. Then request a refund on your sister GA ticket via Eventbrite
